Computer-to-Screen Machine

Before the first impression.
APL’s Computer-to-Screen machine brings digital imaging and UV LED exposure into screen preparation. The published process starts with an emulsion-coated screen and applies the design directly before exposure.
After exposure, the screen is washed to prepare it for printing. Discuss the frame, emulsion, artwork workflow and exposure requirements with APL before selecting a configuration.
