LED UV for a continuous flexo workflow.
APL’s flexo LED UV system is intended for flexographic production where curing performance, roll temperature and press uptime matter. Instant on/off operation removes the need for repeated lamp warm-up and cool-down cycles between jobs.
The application is presented for both new presses and retrofits. It focuses on reduced curing energy demand and lower heat exposure at the roll. Actual speed, energy use and adhesion depend on the substrate, ink formulation and installation, so APL should review representative jobs with the press details.
