Give the coating room to settle.
The Flash-off Conveyor provides a transport stage between coating and UV drying. APL describes its role in allowing air bubbles in the coating to settle before the board enters the UV dryer.
The reference configuration is conveyor-driven, with an IR-lamp option discussed for gloss improvement. The conveyor length and operating speed determine the available settling time; discuss these alongside coating behaviour and the required surface finish.
